Now I didn't see that feature in the quest dialogue. And the master craftsman pack and epic potential scroll pack expires immediately upon purchase so what else can you even buy at a discount?

V box triple coins - the three coins count as one in the daily quota.
30pc off is currently not working. unsure if intentional or not. patch notes vs this event announcement are different story. will wait and see if fix next week
EDIT: just remembered also, reading orange mushroom page, the hot weekend in the KMS version had the coin discount. maybe they just copy pasted without thinking whether they did it?

Well, they fixed it... by ninja-editing the line out of the event notice.
