I went with tomb raider, I felt extremely satisfied with that game. Saints row was an utter joke, it felt so half ass'd.

I thoroughly enjoyed Saints Row IV, but it should not be a GOTY nominee. It needs to be replaced by Super Mario 3D World; not just for Nintendo to actually get a representative (like it deserves) but that game... man... it fucking nailed everything. It's platforming perfection and effortlessly takes a spot in the top 5 Mario games.
Either way, my vote goes to The Last of Us. It just hit every note perfectly for me.
