I got bored and bought an enligtening cube, ending up with an 18% attack secondary wep. Do the 2 lines of % att stack?

Without the secondary wep my range is 44526~52384 with 2186 dex, 530 str, 10 % dmg, 3% att, and 378 att. With the secondary wep, my range is 53170~62553 with 2201 dex, 543 str, 10% dmg, 12% or 21% depending if it stacks or not, and 381 att. So do the 2 lines of 9% att stack?

Where would someone even get the thought that they wouldn't stack in the first place?... if you're able to get 2 lines of it on the same equip, why would it not? That's like asking if %stat lines stack or not <_<

If I remember correctly %boss used to not stack. Anyway yeah everything should stack now. It definitely does on GMS
