I had figured a lower body of government/military was pulling the strings in North Korea ever since Kim Jong Il died. Then again, in a similar fashion to the "anointed kings" of Europe, the regime's sustainability relies on the public believing that the Kim dynasty is descended from gods / are gods and therefore anyone else wouldn't be able to command the same authority from the masses. It would be a complete change in dynamics; They would likely revolt. Thoughts?
