Kanna attack speed - Razmos - 2013-04-05
If my Fan is "Fast" speed, and my booster increased speed by 2 stages, am I hitting at max speed?
If I increased my attack speed by 1 would I attack faster or is Kanna unaffected by attack speed modifiers like some other mages?

I believe all of Kanna's fans are Fast (4), so Booster will bring her to speed cap.
