Tried searching and just got confused ._., back then before i quit there were talks about them going to be dropped from monsters cause of the removal of pvp, now that i'm going to start playing i think they re-added pvp?

You cant.
They re-added PVP, then re-disabled it, but didn't make them drop from monsters again sadly.
