My take on Nexon's open positions - Corn - 2008-11-17 No problem .Maybe that's why Nexon sucks, people are doing other people's jobs, ha ha. My take on Nexon's open positions - Spaz - 2008-11-17 Quote:LOCALIZATION SPECIALIST (Los Angeles, CA)aka person who changes strings and such so we don't get "you're out of bullets" messages in Korean. My take on Nexon's open positions - Hazzy - 2008-11-17 Lol @ all the money jobs. I really wonder if they have a statistician or something to make sure the skills balance each other out, for the most part. So we don't have the fastest attacks doing the most damage per hit. My take on Nexon's open positions - revansithasasin - 2008-11-17 the network engineer is the one who makes sure that all the servers, firewalls, routers, switches, etc are all operating normally and they correct for errors when they arent. they are also the ones responsible for upgrading and updating these items. =) My take on Nexon's open positions - Kawasari Mimoto - 2008-11-17 revansithasasin Wrote:the network engineer is the one who makes sure that all the servers, firewalls, routers, switches, etc are all operating normally and they correct for errors when they arent. they are also the ones responsible for upgrading and updating these items. =) Correct, but I don't see how they 'update' anything. Speaking as a 2nd year CISCO student, I honestly don't see how they 'update' anything. They just make sure that updated things gets routed to the internet, yes. But I don't see how they can update anything, really. My take on Nexon's open positions - Zaotsu - 2008-11-17 Quote:MANAGER, ONLINE COMMUNITY (Los Angeles, CA) Open positions / Hiring =! Complete lack. Just because they are hiring doesn't mean that they have none at all.
Edit: You know, you can click on them to see what their job descriptions are. My take on Nexon's open positions - Horusmaster - 2008-11-17 I think those jobs are for combat arms and sugar rush My take on Nexon's open positions - FinalHeart - 2008-11-17 All of these positions will be filled with Joe the Plumber. It's amazing how much plumbers need to know these days. My take on Nexon's open positions - MissAsh - 2008-11-18 Kasuhitomi Wrote:Correct, but I don't see how they 'update' anything. I'm a qualified netowrk technician, and maintaining large, high traffic servers can be a pain in the hole. They are so temperamental >.< I don't envy the guy who has to look after ALL of them lol. (although he probably has subordinates to do that for him, while he hugs his fancy title while trying not to spill coffee on his 400 dollar tie )LOL @ NEXON HAVING 304982034 CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE! They have the worst customer service of any company ever, why do they need so many? ;( My take on Nexon's open positions - Five Second Pose - 2008-11-19 Zaotsu Wrote: Yeah, but isn't there usually only one manager...? |
