Willpower of Alliance (Master level 1): Permanently increases STR/DEX/INT/LUK/ATT/M.ATT +5. Can be obtained by completing The Birth of an Alliance quest. Req Lev: 75
- The Birth of an Alliance chain quest has been added. Witness the branches of justice coming together at last and gain a new skill, Willpower of Alliance.
- To start, accept the following quest through the Event Notifier icon (a lightbulb) on the left side of the screen once you meet the requirements.
*edit: Found the quest chain.
*edit2: Can't find the next set of quests after completing Cassandra's Prophecy.

You can follow this guide to get the skill, basically do the Edelstein story quest until level 23 then talk to Claudine.

Folks. For pineapple's sake. READ THE QUEST IN YOUR LOG. You have to complete your STORYLINE QUESTS for legend characters. Adventurers, I have no idea. But complete your STORYLINE QUESTS. And then you can get your free passive buff.

I had thought it was a different quest chain for each branch, I think it was wording in the guide I used.
