Possible to use Decent combat orders to max skills that normally are not maxed? - DarkXDaisuke - 2012-01-19

Example
demon slayer
chaos lock is 2 points away from maxed
judgement is 2 points away from maxed

So instead of maxing skills that do not have levels beyond lvl 20, can I just use combat orders to make a skill normally at lvl 19 to lvl 20 and add a point to chaos lock and judgement so they are also lvl 20 when combat orders is applied?

same thing with Mercedes but with Mercedes the skills that have a pre-req does combat orders help fulfill that requirement?
cause I was thinking of taking a point out of leaf tornado, Aerial barrage and unicorn spike putting it into gust dive making them all lvl 20 after combat orders

Works on any skill that isnt needed to put points into another skill so keep that in mind

Only works on 3rd job+ skills, so chaos lock is a no no.

really? cause my decent combat orders works on chaos lock its lvl 14 now.

okay soo I can but just not on skills that are used as a pre req for later skills?

but what if you already meet the requirement like with ancient warding where the pre req is only lvl 5 ignis roar

Exactly.
Combat Orders does not count towards any skill prerequisite.
