Master miracle cube level requirement? - Clamors - 2012-01-10
I was wondering if anyone with solid proof can let me know if master miracle cubes can only be used on items of a certain level or higher or can they be used on any gear?
I only ask because I use the lvl 35 bowman top/bottom, PAC, and branch nose, and if I can't use MMCs on them for legendary tier I want to buy reg cubes at a discount before the sale ends.

Can be used on any gear.
2nd tier legendary items go 9% primary, 6% secondary too, which is very nice.

I thought it was 8 and 6, but someone in the almighty ring legendary potential thread pointed out that it was 9 and 6 and 1st tier was 6 and 3.

Yeah... 1st tier is 6/3 ... 2nd one is 9/6 .... in Ring if I am not wrong only in KMS there were a 1 slot lvl 50 ring...

What you should be asking is if something can be legendary on reveal at all.

It can't. The only way to get to legendary is to take an item from unique and cube it to legendary...best you can get upon reveal is unique.
And only reason I was asking was b/c I heard rumors circulating about it more than usual but now I know that's not the case...1 more hour of dreary work then I can go home and cube some stuff
(I just read that back and realized how sad that sounds...lol)

ive forged/fused multiple uniques-on-reveal (about 10-15 of maybe 500 reveals). i was assuming i could have a chance at legendary too.
