1) What is "Incredible Chaos Scroll"? Is it like a Miraculous Chaos Scroll, or does it perform differently?
2) Has anyone seen or found any Confusion Fragments, Primal Essences, or Philosopher's Stones? I've mined tons of Gold Flowers/Heartstones and I've spent hours in ToT killing mobs and I haven't found any.. and nobody in my alliance has seen or found any, either.
3) What happened to PVP/Gallant Emblems in the latest KMS patch, exactly?

1. They have the same description. Probably just another oopsie translation.
2. I've seen a few Philo stones, and the Confusion Fragments are incredibly rare, but they do drop.

Gallant Emblems just drop from any monster 50+ i think, since they're re-doing the whole PVP system.

As far as I know (limited knowledge), nexon took out PvP for the time being, letting lv 50+ mobs drop gallent emblems, but they did not state anything about re-doing the PvP system. For all we know right now, they could've taken it out to never return, or just for a break with no changes, or indeed, a revamp of PvP.

I've only gotten one or two in KMS.
For the philosopher's stones, they're pretty common from 105 equips. I've been buying and mining Aquamarines and making Dragon Kataras. I've promised 1 guy 28 superiors for 300 Aquamarines. Pretty good deal. 4 Aquamarines per Katara, superiors are pretty common. The others are Advanced crystals and Philosopher's Stones.
