Looking around a bit and can't find anything past potential and enhancement scrolls that are definitely specialty scrolls and do not have the +10% scroll success applied to them. So my first question, is there a list somewhere or general guideline for what is considered a specialty scroll or is it just undefined?

Mostly wondering about the legend coin shop scrolls which I would guess are specialty scrolls but any other info is appreciated.

Also, do we know if the success rate is actually being applied? With how often things are messed up in the game it's not hard to imagine this not working or being multiplicative instead of additive or something else. Hard to test and no visual indicator it's working makes me leery. Not looking for hard proof but something more than just "trust Nexon" if possible.

I always thought special ment that the scroll does something other than adding the normal amount of stats in the normal fashion, like pot, enhance, clean slate, innocent and such.

I only said that it was my assumption, it does not have to be that way.

also, another good question
"Is the bonus additive or multiplicative"
additive means 10% + 10% = 20%
multiplicative means 10% * 1.1 = 11%

Do we even have any kind of proof the diligence +% scroll success works?

I scroll very little so my experience proves nothing at all, but since I got level 100 diligence I have passed:

1/10 15% acc att scrolls
7/14 60% 1h weapon att scrolls
3/6 60% chaos scrolls

If anybody wishes to add their experience, maybe together we can mass up some statistically significant number of attempts.

I know this is very very small sample size and thus meaningless but... I used 12 15% accessory for matk scrolls and 3 passed. So it seems to be additive.

Nope, you don't have a big enough test sample to make any conclusions yet.

That was exactly what I said. Derp.

Well you said it was a small sample size and then you made a conclusion anyway. xP

Wasn't a conclusion. More of a starting hypothesis.

Could test it out with 1% Clean slates?

My also small (maybe around 100) sample size indicates that it's additive. I've been 10% earring int scrolling.

Is there any way we can definitively find out which scrolls are affected by the diligence bonus?

there really isn't a way to find out except by getting an answer from nexon, you could have a big sample and get extremely lucky/unlucky.
