Now, I might be wrong about CB, but this pic looks like its for a world tour. I cant seem to find the VMS website either.. Any extractions/info/pics/monsters on this?

Those are the "access point" selectors, I believe. They're used for selecting a server nearest to you. Since the entire version is based in the country Vietnam, it only has locations within the country.
No, it's not a world tour area. But, that doesn't mean vMS won't get one.

We used to have one back in beta when it was split between global and south east asia before asiasoft made maplesea. This was a bit before the launch of the official version.

That's the VietNam map, I'd know.. I originated from there. The bottom is Ho Chi Minh City, the top is.. I have no clue. Probably Hanoi? I could be wrong about the top one, but the bottom one, I'm positive.
Bottom city is Ho Chi Minh, since that's the capital city of South Vietnam. Also, on the map, upper right says "Click a location".
