Minimum of 34 gallant emblems.
I will pay you 25m per gallant emblem it takes, and 30m ea if you have atleast 68.

Alternatively, you can pay people to lose in pvp. Nobody would have a stash of Emblems somewhere and even if they saved up 33 Emblems, it'd be useless at this point since getting a SINGLE one more would be unimaginably hard.

Why don't you just pay people to tape down their left arrow key and do something else for 10 minutes?
A lot easier and more cost-effective. Plus good exp.

i loved the reference AND the idea.
dunno how dead windia's pvp is though izzy, but in scania, you can get in on a fight fairly easy

Bleh, I guess nobody has them then :/
I farmed like 120+ emblems and used it to make some shoulders+rising sun stuff a couple days after pvp came out.
It took me around 5-6 hours to get 35, and that was with pvp packed with people
