You could also go in the VIP Zone, via the quest, if the regular channels were cleared.

I had to do the VIP Tickets quest to find one. It wasn't that bad, took about 20 minutes to get the tickets.

It's weird, I've only had trouble getting a Pianus. All the others have spawned and dropped within one or two (except Chief Gray, the fuckr). Still need Pianus, Goblin Kings, and that guy whose name sounds like a sneeze.
