Ehhhh, at least the delay was only a mere few days, compared to months.
To be honest, it's alright with me for two reasons:
1) I had actually completely forgotten that Dark Souls was coming out in September, and had there been no notice like this, I would've forgotten to pre-order.
2) I'll be busy playing Dead Island, anyways.

According to my local Gamestop, its release date is now October 3rd. Though I have no idea where they got that number.

Huh, that's strange. I also looked up game releases for October and Dark Souls is now listed under the month. I certainly hope it's not coming out in October, I already have a number of games I plan to pick up that month, and I dunno if I can spring for another.
