Can someone make a guide on pvp? Including features such as:
-advanced game mechanics
-strategies / styles / etc
-Calculations

Thieves - Abuse mobility to steal HP/MP stuff

It really isn't as complicated as you think. Just try and not get absolutely raped by mages and pick off people with low hp before someone else does.

There is issues with buccs in general that make it hard for me to quantify how we will stand based on tespian experience. Or even what to do to guard against certain rape scenarios since we have no iframes. (QQ) Namely, level 10 skills and everyone else being on the same ground skill and power wise. (assuming power has anything to do with how well you do, which it should)
Examples of said rape scenarios: Any mage encounter and the majority of ranged encounters (archers)

Seal (the only thing to cure it is those pots on the floor or if you're a lolbishop; good luck getting one in time)+ stun from tele (also making them hard to catch because they dance around you like gypsies) + slow (FFFFFFFFFFFFFF) + freeze and/or paralyze (WHY CAN'T I ATTACK YOU WHORE) + ultimates that cooldown upon death (aka good luck running away even through a spring jumper) = literal rape in maplestory form.
There isn't even a good counter even for classes with high status resistance (BaMs, pallys) because it doesn't prevent it all the time.

OMG seal has a use now but its probly still not worth it to get seal I just hope level 11 seal will work well

PvP in GMS is just as up to date as it is in KMS, so NO.
