It just looks like a graphical glitch that sometimes happens from dcing. These used to happen a lot in the really old days in GMS (4 years ago) but theyre less frequent now.
How it got on your screen...I dont know. Were you creating a character recently? Or was this just...random..

It's normally a cache issue I think, the game saves a certain graphic that was recently used so when you make a dramatic change/lag it appears. Hypothesis not fact
