When I try to log in it says that my account is already online, but I checked with an alt and none of my characters are online.
Anyone else? Maybe just Kradia?

It happened in Khaini as well, specifically anyone at LHC got DC'd / crashed and also got the "This ID is already logged in" error.

Is it still going on? I tried a few second ago and it still says I'm already online.
I wasn't at LHC, I was at the town before MP3 just AFK'ing for the ring quest.

Nope, it only lasted for a couple min and then everyone was able to get back online just fine.

Well that's peculiar. I wonder what my problem is. Could I be getting hacked? I've been using the /find command to search for my characters and neither have been online.

The servers just keep thinking you're online, as no logging off had been issued yet. I don't claim to know what exactly is going on, but it seems you'll need to wait until a global log off, aka server downtime.
