After getting pirate revenge maxed im wondering which one to max next ? or maybe i could do 2 torp 1 adv hooming.

Go with Adv Homing, better for bossing. Plus, you can't hit 6 mobs with torp until 30, and 5 until 15.

Up to you and your leveling places - if all you do is grind grind grind, get 15 torp, then bullseye. If you train on pap\zak\other area bosses, go with bullseye.
