So I hit myself... Bio help - bio9205 - 2010-08-18
I was gymming today and... Well, I dropped a weight by accident whilst doing chest exercises via bench press.
I hit myself. Where? Directly above my crotch.
Thankfully, it was DIRECTLY above, less than 1mm away from my... Well. Anyway, it hurt like hell for the first second, but after that the pain subsided. And fast. I felt that area for a bit, and realised it was hard. Like bone.But to be on the safe side, I wanted to be sure. What did I hit exactly? Like I said, it's directly above my crotch, below the abs/core area. My friend suggested I hit my bladder, but then my bladder wouldn't be that hard, I suspect it's the pelvic bone I hit.
Suggestions, anyone?

Yeah I think you hit your pubis (pelvic bone). If it becomes inflamed, seek medical help.
