Weapon Attack Speeds - Morgana - 2010-08-15
This is more of a forum Q&A, but whatever. So I was trying to look up what speed a weapon was today, and I realized that the big reference Fiel extracted at http://www.southperry.net/showpost.php?p=131603&postcount=117 just pulls up a blank page.
1. Did it get deleted forever?
2. If it did, is there anywhere else I could get this info?
3. If not, can somebody pretty please extract it again possibly? It was one of the most useful references I had bookmarked, since Hidden Street doesn't have the differences between Fast(4)/(5) and Slow(7)/(8) listed.

Nah, I'm asking about cap, like when you use booster, how low can it get, also there's some weapons with base speed 3 around those tables o,o

Cap is still 2 post-Big Bang.
Evil Wings (4) with Booster (-2) is no different than Evil Wings with Booster and Yellow Aura (would be -3).
