Was wondering if this skill can steal monster cards or anything else that's special or if it's just ETCs?

I'm pretty sure it steals anything the monster can drop.

Once, during Christmas 2007, I went on my friend's CB and used steal on a Bone Fish, and it dropped a Nevermelting Snow (needed for the giant snowman lagfest).

When it becomes a mob atack, will it steal from only 1 monster? or from all the monsters it hits?
