Pyramid for Vipers/Buccaneers - Link - 2010-02-16
How is it done? I can't figure out a way to kill the monsters effeciently enough to get an S rank... I've tried spamming Sommer Sault Kick, I've tried Dragon Strike + Shockwave comboing, I've tried spamming Blast when available, etc. How do you guys do it?

Spamming Sommer Sault Kick doesn't feel... fun nor natural to me anymore. This Pyramid thing is annoying as hell as a Viper. Maybe it's just me being used to doing it on my Aran, but I guess I can't do anything. If I were to get a Pharaoh belt on my Aran, I wouldn't be able to transfer it to my Viper because Nexon Japan removed Karma Scissors...

Lol REMOVED? That sucks. A decently scrolled black/red belt is just as good. The only difference between a 7 str 4 dex belt and a 5 att witch belt for me is ~50 minimum damage.

this actually evened the playing field because it allowed people who would regularly DC while trying to buy a run, or those who cant go on runs (me for one on dial up). Taking it out ruined it.

and when theres 3 seconds left on the timer use the pyramid attack.

I have a feeling the pets they had were a big help. Also, the stat difference isnt that big, GMS is 15 stats each average, and the JMS versions are 10 stats each for the better version iirc. Scrolled and youll probably not be that bad off.
