Finally the PS3 version. I wonder what extra things they added besides multilingual voice scripts. Also, if Tri-Ace somehow added internet battling, I will crap my pants since the vs. mode in SO3 was pretty nice.

I'm thinking about getting this but Star Ocean 3 was god-awful so I'm not sure.
I used to have fond memories of Star Ocean 2 but upon replaying it recently I realized that it's mostly just dumb childhood nostalgia because it's not very good. It's not bad either but it's no great game.

I'm gonna order SO4 , loved Till the end of time . I'd consider it one of the greatest games of all time. prolly somwhere in my top 15.

Well, if you're talking about the story, then yeah, almost all of them are awful. Truthfully the only reasons I play Star Ocean is because of the battle system and music.
