I'm just curious, is the Pyramid PQ permanent?
And are the chances of getting a belt permanent? Like are we always going to be able to get a belt? o_o;
And for the Medal, is it a permanent opportunity?

It's content and also a part of the Ariant/Magatia area. It hasn't been said otherwise that any of the items or opportunities within will ever be removed nor have they been in other versions where it has been released.
So, I say it's permanent.

I would be pretty confident to say that it is permanent because if you look on the world map on Sahel 3, there is a path that branches to the Pyramid and the pyramid itself is on the map too, so it would not make sense to change the Ariant desert world map to add in the pyramid temporarily while just to remove it later, will it (Though I have never looked at the map before the patch to see if there was a Pyramid there or not, so yeah...)?
