More SS's inside. And the exp is rather nice. You can see the exp I gain over the course of 30 minutes. It took 30 mins to do the full combo, so I'm guessing I started taking SS's after 6 minutes. So you can see i'm getting roughly 50% in 24 minutes. Which is roughly 125% per hour here.
Good exp, and easy to hit. People looking for not so busy training spots should try it.

Well I also used combat step alot. I was actively training the whole time and the combo kept itself going for the most part. It's really a nice place to train. But I have almost no defense. Those things hurt D:
That's where Body Pressure saved me. Wouldn't have been able to do this with only 400 pots if I didn't have it.
