Hughes's Weird Invention Glitch - Feileacan - 2009-11-07
Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Collect items for the Oxygen Tank for Hughes's Weird Invention quest. Go to turn in the quest but do not receive reward, nor complete the quest. Chat box just closes. I have room in my inv.

That's stupid..mightve been a faint bug since no one does that quest anymore...I don't think nexon will do sh'it for something like this.... :/
I remember in the beginning of aqua road their was nothing of the sort, I got my tank;dropped it 3 days later.
