average matk is 90... with maker you could make it 5 int, 93 matk, maybe toss in stim for decent results. Only way maker would be better is if you trust your luck 30%ing it, as that only have 5 slots.

Go look up dark ritual. This things 21 M Att more and 10 levels lower than normal. As well as having 5 int clean (granted, only 5 slots).

Yes it is strange, but we also already knew about them from when they came out in SEA, but dammit, that was before Karma. Now these need Karma-bility :c| hopefully theyll work with same account storage when we get that.

you know what... i cant think of an untradeable item that shouldnt be karma'd. The closest i could come would be Mark of the Beta's, but that wouldnt even ruin much, though some might peach about it due to it's badge of honor status.

IIRC theres a whole set of lvl 70 weapons are the same way. Boosted stats, lower level req, and 5 slots untradeable.
