You can't, they're not implemented yet. They're in the patch data, but there's no way to fight them yet. Just wait for their release in future patches.

Oooo and according to the data their all Boss, which might change... I will not be surprise if they are part of Masteria...

For some reason I think they're Naricain's goonies. The data referes to all of them as demons. But oddly enough, the fourth guy (the bipedal lion headed guy) reminds me of Naricain himself.

If I remember correctly, the hologram in CWKPQ right before the storage shows a four armed lion headed humanoid.

aren't there maps with the same name as these guys in the data, and aren't they located in vic? I specifically remember seeing one in Perion.

They look like new Masterian monsters to me. That's why I said that there was some Masteria stuff in the data.

I wonder what expansion are they for. But more importantly, if they ARE for a Masteria expansion. My bet is that they probably are. They have the typical look of the new monsters made from NEXON America.

I'm excited.

These are also used to get the 24 stat 10 slot helms, but they havnt been added totally. Before people start shouting Masteria, the quests related to them are specific to Victoria Island.
