Just noticed the "Explorer Medals". I'm guessing they're similar, if not identical to Cygnus Medals, except obviously for Explorers? Sounds very nice.

There's no medal inventory, you keep them in your equip inventory.

The medal thing is just a list of all the medals you have, and can get.

No, there is one explorer medal for every area, and the two continents. You get them by entering specific maps.
