Second: Lets start off with the basics - Sticking to WR just for a few more levels. If you had gone hybrid, PA would work wonders there, but eh.

I agree with Will. Stick at WR a little longer, then maybe head to Stormbreakers. At around 88 (or whenever you feel like it), head to Himes. Be sure to bring a Priest!

well i only mentioned breakers as thats where i started to train my dk at when he was 78, granted though i was PA first hybrid.

I know Kawji is a Spear DK, but what I do not know is his training capabilities. xD
@ Flaxative: Instead of Himes, if he needs something of a lighter load, he can go nail Elders at Evil Dead (map accessed from the top of Forgotten Path) after Level 90. They're basically free mobbing (hey, they follow you!), healable (perfect for a priest), and perfect setup for Himes training later. Can be done solo or party.
One downside: Bigfoot.
. For HH......eh it can be slowly disposed of while training (aka mobbing it as if that piece of shit was just an ordinary training mob. xD). If done correctly, hey that's a big EXP boost. xD
