I heard a nasty rumor on Basil that along with the Power Guard accuracy being changed, poison accuracy would be too. Is there any actual evidence of this, or did some nooblecake make it up?

Why would it be a "nasty rumor" for PG to be fixed? Sounds more like something only leechers would worry about.
