How do u get the Toy Maker Hat?
I know its quests but which ones?

The Toymaker line was from back when the Haunted House required you to wear NX to enter. I'm not exactly sure what you had to do as I wasn't active much at the time, but I do know that its impossible to obtain now unless you buy one.

They're incredibely rare to get. The quests that would give that and the hammer, along with the cap are no longer do-able since they were time-limited quests. There's no saying if the quests will be back, but since they didn't come back last year it's hard to say.

They most likely won't ever come back. I just can't see how they would fit it in, it would be wired to randomly bring it back.

I liked that quest chain, kinda sad it's never coming back but there you go. Got the hat and cape still, 30% and broke my hammer.

I'm still beating myself up over this, actually. I had four sets of the three items (loved those quests, by the way), and I stupidly sold them all a few months after the patch. I wish I had waited even longer.
