It keeps giving me this message every time I try to post a new thread. If I keep reopenning IE it finally works.

You can just download and extract it on to your hard drive. But I suspect it's got something to do with your browser...have you tried clearing your cache? Delete all the temporary internet files :S

I can't download anything at work. I did clear my cache and temp files.
