These are the Aran taming mobs, you get the first one at lv50 and 'upgrade' it every 50 levels.
(correct me if I'm wrong please :])

The mounts are Aran only, just like Adventurers get the Watch Hog/Silver Boar/Red Draco and Cygnus get their bird mounts.

There are 4 mounts for Aran:
lvl50 - 150 speed 120 jump
lvl100 - 170 speed 120 jump
lvl150 - 180 speed 120 jump
lvl200 - 200 speed 120 jump(fastest mount in game).

You can check the KMS extractions for more information.

EDIT: This doesn't look like an official server though O_o Where did you get these pictures exactly?

You're not going to find info on it at mapletip lol.
And its pretty obvious that its a private server.
But yes, as the others said, it is an aran mount.

I can't seem to find it obvious for people who don't speak hebrew.
Can I have the source? Perhaps I could enlighten you. Unless it's obvious as well and you can speak hebrew.

It's an Israeli private server with custom\repacked wz files, I'm assuming the KMST ones. So it has the Aran job, mounts, NPCs,etc etc.
