I've searched every town with VIP plastic surgery and can't find it. Does anyone know which town has it for REG/EXP? I know I've seen it before..

pretty sure those eyes are unavailable, i've been waiting for them for the past year and a half.

After some looking I found this event post on the nexon website showing the face is in ludi along with all the royal hairs and 3 other faces.
