Is there a way to gradually get to 200 training 2.5 hours a day on 4x and NOT GO INSANE from say level 175 (my level, lol)? I need tips/experiences/comments on this. I know its a game, but I feel like if I don't get to 200 someday it will drive me insane and I will never quit. Most level 200's don't explain to me their training routine, but I hope someone could. :f6:

Yes, I mean I'd like to hear from only magicians* (honestly, training another class is way too hardcore)

BTW, I'd like to clarify, after thinking it through I think my frustration is because I don't have time to level 8 hours a day. If I had time I would train all day XD

Nope.

Well, maybe talking helps.

If you can't handle going slow, then there's nothing that can change that. Some people can, some people can't. Sure, listening to music, multi-tasking or chatting with friends can help, but they're usually not enough for the long term.

I'm perfectly content with whatever exp I get in a day. Sometimes I have good parties, but often I'm soloing or simply bossing. I have no problems with getting 1-2% an hour. I know I'll reach level 200 some day, and I'm in no hurry. Don't make it a chore.

It's the same thing, it just gets slower. I don't see the problem.

Assuming you get like 25mil per hour, that would mean you'd get 250mil per day. You need about 28.5bil exp to reach 200 from 175 by the way (not counting the event), so that would take 114 days if you're consistent with your training.

Level 200. - Potth - 2009-05-22

If you train non-stopping you can get about 90 mil per hour on 4x, thats 225mil if you train 2,5 hours per day, not bad exp per day. If you keep training this way probably wont get tired of training and will reach 200 in about 3 months.

Friend of mine watches movies on his tv while meteo'ing newts. xD

Maybe you just need to set your goal some lower. Like level 180 is a very respectable level as well. The point of this game is not getting to level 200.

The most motivating thing for me... (though I don't plan on ever getting to 200) is gauging how much exp I get per day. I don't pay attention to level or %. Just see if you can get a good XXmil exp per hour. Set that as your goal per day, and use the rest of your time to goof around/talk with friends.

Most of the people I know that got to 200 (6 people on my bl) trained at least 10 hours a day on 2x from 190-200. This is rediculous. Take your time: it will be more enjoyable. Biggrin

I think those who get to 200 are those who actually enjoy training. A good way to get through the training a to watch long videos, like a drama or a movie. I used to train about 8 hours a day, but for me I found it enjoyable (and tiring) and that helped me get through it. Although, I'm glad to say real life got in the way for me and my journey to 200 has ended Smile.

Don't aim for level 200 if you don't enjoy training and treat it like a chore, unless you get Ayman or something.

Despite all of the different ways people are telling you to do it in this thread, they've all got one thing in common, and it's the one thing that will help you get there: GOALS. Even your name, haha.

Set a goal each day and aim for it. For a while I was aiming to get 5% a day when I wasn't really motivated, just to keep the ball rolling. Make it so the goal is attainable or you will get discouraged. If you're someone who works harder when they have something that they want to achieve, then set your goal a little higher than what you know you can do each day. In the long run, that little bit extra will make up a whole lot. If you struggle to just sit through the 2.5 hours, then make it a little less than what you know you can get. That way, even if you don't make it through the 2.5 hours, you don't feel like the day was a big loss.

Good luck!

Got a job Smile
And taking this chance to hopefully quit permanently, that's a few hundred extra dollars saved. Plus I'm too exhausted at the end of the day. Working overtime almost everyday >.>.

I think I can handle it perfectly fine, its just I don't have time to be training 8 hours a day. (dam school)

Funny thing with me is that I treat leveling like a chore but I can stick through perfectly fine because I'm motivated to pass people on ranks. If only I had more time. =.=

Ooooh, maybe I should go for like 180 or 185 first then Big Grin I thought I could put it off and get to 200 during the summer but I guess I should start slow.
