Don't try to enter your pin. It's asking for a 5 digit pin. If you attempt to login too much you can block your account. Becareful.

Nah, your original 4 digit one works. But it will just ask you to enter a PIC and then say it failed for unknown reason so their isn't much point trying now.

Apparently, the guy they sent in to restart the servers didn't know he had to do it in a specific order.
