It means you'd have to use a hammer just to use the first dragon stone (and then you'd only be able to re-scroll it once more, if at all).

The logical way to fix it would be to evaluate "slots - hammers" to compare to reqRUC. So if you hammered it once, it needs 4 slots. Twice and it needs 5.

Yeah, that's what I said before they even the released the stupid hammer when it was just an announcement and we were already contemplating what they could've done wrong.

Below issues will be added/fixed during the Update:
- "Remnants of the Black Mage" quest is now available for Cygnus Knight characters above level 91
- Multi-pet is now available for Cygnus Knight characters
- Correct skill is given when a Cygnus Knight character completes "The Wandering Alchemist Eurek's New Quest"
- Issues related to Vicious' Hammer are now fixed - client freezing issue + client disconnection issue when going to Cash Shop while upgrading an item
The website will be available during the game update.
