I upgraded my build for my duelist and man am i not dissapointed at all. I i ditched the dual claws and any 1 handed weapon that boosted my dps, and started getting the usual hp nodes and hp regen so i could run hatred aura ontop of my blood magic. I'm at 1.6k dps at lvl 46 and i'm ripping through cruel. Only weakness is any big boss that has those really large nuke attacks, i just run away for a while till i heal up or till my flasks can get up a hp a bit so i can tank another hit. If i could only get a 5 or 6 link armor i would be beasting.

I'm thinking of running multiple dmg auras and ditching the blood magic keystone. But i would get a blood magic gem for my combo so i would need a 5 or 6 link to add that in then just run all the aura's from my magic since i don't need to use mana for my berserker barrage due to the blood magic gem. My only puzzle is figuring out if that even works as in if i can run like 2 or 3 60% reserved mana aura skills. Don't know if it's multiplicative or additive.

You can run 3 60% auras off your mana pool, but after factoring in a maxed Reduced Mana gem (29% reduction) you need at least 22% in reduced mana reserved passives. They stack multiplicatively.

If you don't want to put too many passive points into reduced mana reserved passives, the unique helmet Alpha's Howl gives you 8% reduced mana reserved. It is probably a lot easier to run 2 60% auras and a 40% aura (Vitality or Purity of Elements). If you do that, you need 12% reduced mana reserved instead of 22.

Ugh. I need a 5link armor for my multistrike.
But once I get that I'm gonna be going hard. Gonna have dual strike+cleave+multistrike+faster attacks+life leach.

I find it hilarious that using hallowed flasks for mana is actually less-efficient than using sacred ones for me. The mana regen is too large compared to my mana per second usage so I actually gain less mana from the effect.
Still, they both regen more than twice my mana pool over during the duration. I think the hallowed ones approach 3x my mana pool.
Maybe I'll be able to used hallowed once I get my delicious, delicious multistrike.

I would love a 5-6 link as well. But question, why don't you just run melee splash instead of cleave, i find it much more efficient to just use my main dps move to clear out mobs. Melee splash is godlike.

If i get a 6 link i'll run double strike+ meleesplash+ multistrike+life leech+ melee physical dmg+weapon elemental damage. Basically a destroy everything button like i'm running now but even more damage.

Whoops, meant melee splash. I keep using dota terms.
Cleave apparently used to be the go-to duelist spell but got nerfed pretty badly.

Finally getting hard for my Scion at Act 3 Cruel. I might've overleveled in Normal and I also had quite decent gear too.
Right now I'm having trouble finding gear on my own and I'm too lazy to check out trades and stuff ;_;

I've been working on nemesis projects lately. Something about the nemesis mods, even though they are occasionally incredibly scary (fragmented Undying Grappler... oh god) keeps drawing me to Nemesis. First nemesis character was a elemental trapper. Lost him early act 3 normal. Repeated failures with an EE discharge templar. Now I'm trying an EK arctic armor MoM eldritch battery scion that started as a ST scion for levelling and I'll keep ST as my main single target DPS (didn't take LMP) until I feel EK does enough, though EK certainly pulls its fair weight as of right now.
I just love the flexibility that the Scion start gives you. It makes going across the tree so much easier and Scion has such an easy start. It's a free ride through normal with ST.
