My bad, I meant the other way around. I'm really hoping the father dies so we don't have to listen to him being a bum. It was otherwise a somewhat interesting episode. Especially the ending. Who didn't see that coming though.
Kill la Kill 03: I'm really expecting them to team up against some common foe in the future because it's just that retro. And how long can they drag out this power level conceited antagonist who lets the protagonist level up to beat her? Also, Kiryuuin Satsuki could have been designed to be less ugly.
Kyoukai no Kanata 03: Moeblob really hurts this show in my opinion. It's shaping up, but really, the moeblob aspect does nothing but bring down the credibility for a dramatic story because it's been too much of a focus. Kuriyama being useless. Mitsuki being kuudere. Glasses fetish. Armpits. etc.
NouKome 02: I like the animation in the OP with the handstands. They're really cute. It's otherwise a rather mediocre show but holy hnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggggggggg at Yukihira and sensei.
I've dropped one show that I never intended to watch to begin with, which was BlazBlue. I picked it up last minute and that first episode was horrendous for someone with no knowledge of anything of the game.

Outbreak Company episodes 1-3: I like this anime, the way the segregated class system is shown is really interesting, it even has fantasy racists! the characters are all really likeable so far, and the animation is really good.
Reminds me a lot of Highschool DxD, in the sense that it's a fanservicey show (and proud of it) but doesn't make it the defining feature, and still has a good plot.
Kyoukai No Kanata episodes 1-3: Really nicely animated. Plot seems to be moving faster than I was expecting going off the first 2 episodes. the bloodbending character is so moe. and the mock-ho yay moments with the guy in the scarf were really funny.

I haven't really dropped anything else and am enjoying a lot of shows this season, but I just gotta say, Outbreak Company is a lot funnier than I thought it would be, I could barely breathe during parts of episode 4. There are a ton of 10/10 girls this season too ;_;

Kill la Kill EP 4: OP changed. (a little) The animation was kinda off (saving up money?) but it was freaking funny this week.

Monogatari season 2, Shinobu Time part 1: Loved it, absolutely loved it. The bicycle scene was so funny, Araragi is such a pervert when it comes to Hachikuji. Ononoki is hilarious as always. Shinobu is awesome as always. Judging from the fact the school hasn't been burned down, i'm guessing this is before the events of Tsubasa Tiger and Nadeko Medusa. Looking forward to seeing adult Shinobu.

Unbreakable Machine Doll 04: Good fight scene this episode, good finale to the arc. Hoping to see some actual Raishin+Yaya fights though. Hopefully he'll actually be recovered enough next episode for that. Also hoping he actually gets Irori and Komurasaki to use himself instead of just constant teasing from the ED.
Sekai de Ichiban Tsuyoku Naritai! 04: pineapple this show is terrible. It's 75% Taketatsu Ayana crying and moaning いたい and 25% her groin. 50 losses in a row, that's remarkable by any standard.

the show, obviously is oriented to younger boys, and is an attempt to get them to start gunpla, which coincides with their reboot for remodeling many of the previous series' 1/144 HG models. I haven't watched age or many series outside of the UC universe as a whole(yet, getting to it) but its generally accepted that Build Fighters > Age(some say Build Fighters > Seed Destiny). Build Fighters brings back cameo appearances of previous entries(one recurring character comes to mind), and since it is bringing back older gundam models from different series, people get a little slice of the series as a whole(No love for Crossbone Gundam Orz, needs OVA type series). Albeit fight scenes are moderately limited, I think they are animated pretty well. As for story, typical shounen game style story.

Log Horizon 4: Felt like they made it a harder fight than they needed. Akatsuki could've come in earlier to kill off the supports and the thorns combo doesn't really require any setup. Would like to see some new spells from Shiroe too.

The skipped a lot of the mechanics of that fight, and level 90s aren't overpowered compared to lower levels so they could just as easily have lost if they weren't an experienced group with good meshing skills. Going a bit into depth on the fight, there are several reasons that they did what they did. First, if the Mage had fought in the battle, they would have lost, straight up; Shiro talked his confidence up so high that he actually wanted the leader to lose so he could take over the guild, that's why he didn't participate in the fight. Naotsugu was just there to draw attention (in more ways than one); one thing they haven't mentioned that they probably should have is, Shiro and Nyanta both have Phantasmal gear specifically designed for their builds (Phantasmal is the highest tier drop in the game and literally only a select number of them can even exist in the game at one time), Shiro's add's +2 to number of thorns and Nyanta's I believe adds +attack hits on his rapidhit. Naotsugu quit a year before them and uses comparably low tier gear at this point, so he is only tanking that well because he has experience with it. Anyway, the goal here was to do three things; remove the mage from the battle, stack thorns twice to burst him down from max HP, and most importantly, to trick the enemies into thinking their healers were not all dead; that's where Serara came in, and that's why Shiro had her cast HoTs on the ENEMIES as well as allies. It's a very weak HoT, but the enemy was overconfident so they didn't even check to see that it wasn't from their own healers, they just assumed it was. Meanwhile, Akatsuki was slowly picking off the healers one by one (they were in the 50s range so she could 1shot each without using cooldowns), then used her super on the 90 mage to 1shot him as well. In the original content, they did not all die at once, that was just for effect in the anime.
