So a few questions
Is everything coming out in one patch or is it being released in parts?
is everything thats announced with the first impact coming in that first patch? including Zero?
Is the milleage system being released? because there's no notice about it in the microsite and I'm lazy to read 22 pages of comments

It's in parts, but we don't know what comes in what. First impact and then zero and then probably heckaton? We don't know if cannoneer/db revamps come with first impact. We don't know about mileage. We don't know any fine details until update notes which are hopefully tonight, but we know enough large details to be sufficiently excited. I am going to be disappointed if we don't get mileage, though...

this is a episodic update so yeah, its coming in parts
zero comes near to 18th i think... even so maybe they will have him on data and release it after midnight... like they did with mercedes before.... who knows?

In the update highlights, it mentions that Cannoneers and DBs will now be considered regular adventurers, able to share cash shop inventories. This leads me to believe that they will receive their revamps in the first update, along with becoming regular adventurers. Unless KMS didn't follow that exactly.
TL;DR I have no clue.

Do you mean he was cancelled because of gollux? I don't see why GMS couldn't get heckaton, unless they couldn't adjust his stats for GMS since we don't have MEEs and KMS can't beat him despite that.

I realize that. I wouldn't have mentioned it if i didn't think the wording was vague enough to think it could happen. Cannoneers got a small buff in first impact (barrage goes from 5 hits to 4 and damage is increased so it's the same), and DBs got the ability to dodge death balls with dark sight (because NLs and shadowers did also, and DBs have the same skill so they get it by association). Knowing that we could either get the 4th and 1st patch together, or not.

The KMS Kritias update content is under review. Since there were problems with some of it in KMS, we want to see what should be left out or changed. This includes:
No Bamon's League, at least for the foreseeable future. It has a lot of good ideas behind it, but like many players in services where it was released, we found the implementation to be pretty immediately unsatisfying and not engaging.
No Hekaton until its technical issues and lag are investigated more thoroughly and development is done to reduce them. Many KMS players complained about the lag, and we know this is already an issue many of you experience with various content.
The Kritias dungeon (minus Hekaton) is being looked at in regard to how well it works and how much of opening the area makes sense without its final boss being accessible.
There are some good rewards in the Kritias content. We'd like to make the content available so you can get the rewards, but we want to try to make sure that the rewards aren't the only thing worthwhile about content.

Waltzing mentioned something about Heckaton not being stable, and so it will not be included until they figure out how to fix it.

Why is this only being posted now? This is almost 2 weeks old...
Honestly though i'm not disappointed or anything. I wasn't looking forward to any of these things, except MAYBE tyrant gloves but it's not like they were made possible to obtain unless they are added to marvel so whatever.
Less work for them to make cannoneer revamp happen earlier is fine by me.

Notes probably won't be up until around 8-10 PM tonight. Long patches are usually done overnight, so it'll most likely go down at 11 PM and last until early morning + whatever extensions/Unscheduled Maintenances there may be.
I'm not really in any rush for it to come up either because I have some things to do in the morning and won't be able to get on until later in the afternoon anyway.
