This happens even now. With VL (I believe). It happens because the monster/boss is no longer attackable and it's as if it's invisible, or shrunk, hence the lowered DR symbol.
Also, Level 4 and level 3 Imps.

Well since noone seems to read the extractions thread anymore, I'll ask it again here:
In gMS(t) is it possible to use:
- The 2nd job Mechanic portal skill (GX-9)
- The 4th job Mechanic ultimate skill (SG-88)?
in the PvP arena?
These skills are the only (normal, not specific weird or unbalanced) skills that have the pvp = 0 addition to them.

Portal isn't "normal or balanced".
You can place it on the top of the safety zone and just keep teleporting up there.
As for your ultimate, it attacks a lot. Much like the WH ultimate. I'm not sure if the skills, I'm just listing why it might be "broken"

Although one has to wonder what is the point of teleporting back up to the safety zone if you're not going to gain any points (in theory at least, saying that because ultimates can attack from the safety zone in some maps) in the process. With the way points are handed out in PvP (either through attacking or KOing someone), people shouldn't be afraid of dying. The people that score the highest are usually the most aggressive people and those that can be aggressive while still being able to pick up PvP potions.

Party play zones aren't taken out until Jump.

quests seem to show the amount of exp you get twice, you only get it once though
hey guys, would anyone be up for a cygnus fight during the night? party of 5 pallies for maximum defense plus bish, all at 99k hp
and i like the voice actress, makes the empress sound evil, not as great as VL's voice, but pretty cool, reminds me a bit of Rita from the power rangers

Yeah, I was wrong about that. What I was seeing was really the bonus EXP I got from quests due to my higher Empathy level, which isn't really that significant.

90 charm exp (/nitpicking)
If you want to do it on fame alone, reaching lvl 30 Charm equals 11.788 total exp equals 11.788 fame. I think I'm going to skip Charm when it's out in GMS. :o
@Takebacker: Those are the reverse Capes and Earrings. I don't know which other items give Charm exp, is there a list somewhere?
