DB and CS cash storage merged with regular Adventurers! Also DB first job merged with thiefs and CS passives given to all pirates. Phantom can now steal DB and CS skills!

It said that all pirates have gained Cannoneer beginner skills. Including the storage increase, from what I can tell.
I don't think that will include the link skill, but who knows.

Other changes:
Mages now job advance at level 10 like all the others
"Free Job Change" has been added. A Bucc can change into a corsair, a Spearman can change into a Page ect.

Ah, in regards to "All pirates getting a link skill"

So if a Cannoneer changes job to a Buccaneer, they lose the link skill. Meaning it's only the Cannoneer with a link skill.

From the looks of those notes, it looks like Corsairs still have the derpy crewmembers and the weak octopus.
Eagerly awaiting videos so I can see if the other stuff makes up for that.
