No, because North America refers to the continent. Mexico is in North America, and it is not an English-speaking country. America refers the country "The United States of America". The name of the supercontinent is "the Americas." I am American. I live in America.
I've been doing quests instead of training. I haven't stayed in one place and grinded for more than 50% of a level. I would like to contribute that I'm getting around 11% a CPQ win at level 43, which roughly translates to 60% an hour, if all games are wins. They usually are, but there's too much that can go awry when you're CPQing.

I like how every other country is expected to know English, and the poor United States themselves can't deal with a little bit of butchered grammar. Ever thought about exchange students? I know of several who go to college here that also so happen to play maple.
On topic: 25%/hour holds solid at STDs up to 60, but I'd personally recommend LMPQ, its faster (30~40%/hr) and funner to boot.
