Fox news overreacts hardcore. I knew due to proper schooling that the solar cycle of activity was going at max activity this/next year, but I didn't really figure how drastic it'd be. I thought it would only just cause minor static issues on cell phones.

I can't wait to see what 2013 brings us in terms of the activity.

I hope I could see an aurora from here in Southern Cali, but I doubt it. A man can dream.

Take a train to Seattle?

Coming from a similar area, yeah, it sure would be nice, but even when I lived in Minnesota, I can't recall ever seeing the aurora.

Trains don't have a good history with me; and even then, I'm still in doubt that I'd ever really get a good look at the aurora unless I took a cruise to Alaska while the ice is still impressive enough to look at.

I'm still testing whether i gained superpowers or not. Nothing yet.

No hope man.

Finland is in the north and therefore there's "a lot" of auroras(or "northern lights") here. Yet I have never seen them in my life... Maybe it's cause I live in South-Finland.

Solar Flare - Polantaris - 2012-03-16

I hope no one was using a Stargate during those solar flares.
Props to anyone who gets the reference (Outside of the obvious part).

On Topic; I didn't even notice anything...so I guess my area wasn't effected. I heard about earlier Solar Flare events this year too, I wonder if it's the sign of dat deadly apocalypse on the horizon. We're only a little under nine months away from the end now.

Just my internet/cable has been on the fritz from time-to-time recently.

Obviously nothing else.
