We do not have a phone, and I do not own a cellphone, so contact them that way is not possible. I also cannot drive, due to the medications I take, so I can only go somewhere if no one else is busy. :l So that's why I thought I'd ask here.
Either way, nevermind, I've been checking the website for days now and seems the ad for the deal has suddenly appeared, so I guess that confirms it.

It's not that bad, honestly. For the most part, e-mailing does the job. There are some instances where we do need to use a phone for something, and in those cases, my mum does have an emergency cellphone for that kind of stuff. But otherwise, it's not used for anything else.
