Lets say someone had hammered item 60 times with the glitch, wouldnt it be just as bad as enhancement exploit?

If they had succeeded in using and actually scrolling their weapon and adding the stats. If they failed them all then it doesn't make much a difference does it? X)

IIRC, you get sent to the end of the Cave of Life after defeating Horntail but you're sent to a special map after beating PB, then to ToT entrance. You'd need tons of etc items for each member to reenter PB , making recursive runs difficult. PB doesn't drop anything worth going through the trouble.

OT but I find it strange ©HT drop>>>PB drop. Shouldn't PB drop something worth two cents?

If you notice your hammer slots are gone by accident, wouldn't you wanna hammer them again on purpose? I'm sure you would, and so would anyone else. Besides that comment was directed to people that have done it on accident not VarsityHero.

they should make it so you have to wait 30-45 minutes from the start of each HT run before you can start another one. just something to cause them you know, maybe... some sort of inconvenience? no legit runners would have trouble with this. seeing 4-5 HT defeat notices within 10-15 minutes is pretty ridiculous.

Solution for ht hacking is killing all the manons. Some hackers were complaining about some people in windia doing it.

If they're already inside, they stay inside and don't need to do the quest again.

Why not hack manon You could always shut it down manually like some players did in JMS. Just get a character inside the cave, go inside and cling to the first rope for 12 hours till you get booted out. Use a second char to go in right after and you have horntail under lock and keys.

But dont they have to come out to xfer their drops to sell? Lets say i have my hacking char inside, i will have to bring in another char inside, if i cant finish my quests how will i get the drops?

Ergh... Even if it is to stop hackers from getting to HT, holding the cave would just make me feel too much like Excellent. >_>

Unfortunately almost everything HT drops is MTS-able.

And afaik, only CHT is being hacked not regular HT, so holding can really only be done 2.5 hours at a time, so it's quite the hassle.
