I'm guessing when they added Aran Book drops in, they messed up.
If it's still in there it'd drop at a similar rate to all other books, not 100% as with MW20.

i dont have a ss and im not wasting my time askin every person on the run if they took one. it DID drop, i have no ss, it probably wont drop anymore because it was probably a mistake. if not, then go try for yourself. or beg those berans for a ss.
